So I've decided to write the time travel story, In League with Demons. Why? Because I woke this morning, relaized it was HistNoWriMo, and that was just what I wanted to write.
I can tell it's going to be one of those months, so I'm going to keep my goal small at 5k for now. I stil have other writing to do, (Never finished Blackbourn Christmas) and classes will start back soon (Performing Arts club bake sale).
But my friend wants to come over this week for a write-in, because she couldn't come to the one I held in November, so that'll be fun. Besides, for these first few days, typing will be kind of hard, since the mandolin slicer is my new enemy, and I can't type with one of my fingers now.
Anyway, about the story.
This girl becomes obsessed with an old photograph of a young man, and it trandsports her back in time, where she must save his soul.
Should be lots of fun to write. So I'd best get to it.

Wow! I just realized that I'm 5,169 into In League With Demons! I guess that 5k goal is history! Who knew? It's been going better than I thought it would. I think I'm about to get a little stuck on things, though, but hopefully I can work through it pretty well. I'm just glad it's going well.

I didn't use my 750 word time to progress with In League with Demons. I worked on one of my episodic literatures instead. I just needed a little break to keep the story fun and alive, so I can do it justice. I'm looking forward to giving it more attention soon. Things are about to get sticky with Mephistopheles. Should be lots of fun to write!

I'm back to working on In League with Demons once more! Hooray! I'm also trying to work on editing my NaNoWriMo novel, which is proving no easy task. I wish I could write in order more often. I have a bunch of crazy out of order scenes that need to be put right. It's not fun.
Current word count for In League with Demons: 7,157!

So I didn't actually finish the draft for In League with Demons. I got a little lost in the story, not really where it will go next. But I did surpass my word count goal, so I guess that makes this a technical win. I'm quite happy about. I will definitely be revisiting Anthony and Emily (I think that's the name I finally settled on?) sometime this year. I really want to see where their story goes, but I just don't know right now.
So what are everyone's plans writing-wise for this month?
