Hi everyone! Welcome to HistNoWriMo! I'm Rhia, overseer of our little excusrion into history. Even though it's a while off, I though I'd go ahead and post my introduction for people to see when they come by.
I have dreamt of becoming a published author since I read Harry Potter in second grade and realized that big books are cool. 2010 marked my third NaNoWriMo, and my first GothNoWriMo, while 2011 is the inaugural year of my own creation, HistNoWriMo.
Looking forward to another onth of frantic novelling with you all!

Big books ARE cool! Nice to meet you, Rhia. I'm a big Harry Potter fan myself and am just getting into NoWriMos, though I've been writing for years, and am really enjoying it. Can't wait to join the fray this January! -Ivy

Hey Rhia, I was just wondering what the word count of HistNo is, 50k, choose your own, etc? Thanks!

Hey Canardly! It's absolutely choose your own! Whether it's 5 words to 100k, absolute freedom. I'll try to get an info sheet up soon.
